Corporate events · Paris
A boat to yourselves, Paris drifting past the windows, a 100 % Céline Dion DJ set, live musicians and a whole room singing together. Up to 300 guests, fully turnkey.
Why it works for companies
Nobody stays in their corner. From the first bars, departments blend, hierarchy fades and people actually talk to each other. Singing together achieves in twenty minutes what a team-building workshop attempts in a day — no role play, no sticky notes, no facilitator asking everyone to introduce themselves in one word.
"We chartered a barge and sang My Heart Will Go On as we passed Notre-Dame." That is the kind of sentence that circulates internally long after the event, posts itself on LinkedIn and gets used in recruitment. No suburban conference room has ever produced that effect.
Boat, crew, artists, sound, catering, photographer, welcome desk, on-the-day coordination: one point of contact, one itemised quote, one invoice. Your office manager does not spend three weeks chasing six suppliers.
Three formats
From a group of ten on a public sailing to the entire barge reserved in your company's name. Every format adapts; none is fixed.
10 to 30 guests
You join a cruise that is open to the public with a group booking. The simplest and fastest format to set up.
Best for: one department, an agency, a small committee, an end-of-project outing.
30 to 80 guests
You are on a public sailing, but with an area and tables reserved in your name, a dedicated welcome desk and a drinks package on your terms.
Best for: team afterwork, sales incentive, client thank-you, welcoming new joiners.
Up to 300 guests
The entire barge for your teams, on a date and time slot chosen with you, subject to boat availability and navigation clearances. The run of show is built from scratch.
Best for: end-of-year party, convention, product launch, company anniversary, offsite closing night.
What we handle
Each item below is switched on or off depending on your format and budget. The quote lists them line by line, so you see exactly what you are paying for.
The boat, its crew, the route along the Seine through the heart of Paris and the formalities tied to navigation. The Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the bridges pass by throughout the cruise.
A set built entirely around Céline Dion's repertoire, from the global hits to the tracks only true fans know. It can open up to a wider playlist if that suits your teams better.
Live performances on deck, right among your guests. The line-up is agreed with you according to the headcount and the mood you are after.
Group singing sequences led by our performers, designed to pull everyone in — including the ones who swear they never sing.
Céline Outfit Contest, Lip Sync Contest, team quizzes. In the corporate version, contests can pit departments against each other and feature your own trophies.
Cocktail reception, standing dinner or seated meal depending on the headcount, through our partner caterers. Bar on board, drinks packages or consumption on a company account. Vegetarian options and dietary requirements accounted for.
Photo coverage of the evening, an edited aftermovie and vertical formats ready to publish on your channels. Files are delivered with the usage rights set out in the quote.
Sound system adapted to the boat, ambient lighting, wireless microphones for your speeches and monitors for the artists. Set-up and strike included.
The boat dressed in your colours, roll-ups, photo wall, welcome signage, printed programmes carrying your brand. We work from your brand guidelines.
A single project manager from the first meeting to disembarkation: timeline, site visit before the day, minute-by-minute running order, welcome team at boarding.
Guest list management, named invitations in your colours, check-in at boarding, cloakroom and a welcome team in French and English.
Service agreement, insurance certificates, itemised quote and an invoice issued by LIFE PROD SAS. We provide the documents your procurement team expects.
A typical run of show
This is the structure we recommend for a charter. It is fully adjustable: duration, timings, order of sequences and speaking slots are all settled with you.
Boarding · 30 min
Welcome team on the pontoon, guest list check-in, cloakroom, music setting the tone. Your guests step into the atmosphere before the boat even leaves.
Departure · 15 min
The ideal slot for a leadership address: everyone is gathered and attentive, and Paris starts moving past behind you. Microphone, sound and lighting are ready.
Sailing · 2 hrs
100 % Céline DJ set, live musicians on deck, catering service, Sing Along Moments and contests. This is where teams mix and where the photographer gets most of the shots.
Finale · 45 min
The songs everyone is waiting for, contest trophies or your own internal awards, and a group photo on deck with Paris behind you.
Return · 30 min
Back to the pontoon, staggered disembarkation, guest gifts handed out if planned. An afterparty at a partner venue can be arranged on request.
Timings are indicative. Actual sailing time may vary with river traffic, navigation conditions and lock constraints: we confirm the final running order a few days before the event.
À la carte
Each line is priced separately. Tick what interests you in the form and we will include it in the quote.
How it works
The form below takes two minutes. The more precise you are on headcount and date, the more accurate the first quote will be.
A fifteen-minute conversation to pin down format, date, constraints and the level of service you expect.
Every item priced separately: boat, artists, catering, technical crew, photographer, coordination. No opaque package.
Contract, deposit, then a single project manager through to the day itself. You approve, we deliver.
Budget
A 25-guest corporate outing on a public date and a full 280-guest charter with a seated dinner, video capture and complete branding share neither the same cost nor the same logic. Publishing a single price would mean quoting you a figure we would have to correct in the first conversation.
The amount depends on four variables: the format, the number of guests, the date and time slot, and the services you switch on. We price them line by line, with no lump sum, so you can see the cost of the boat, of the artists, of the catering, and make trade-offs item by item.
The quote is free and without obligation. It is valid for 30 days and states the applicable VAT and payment terms. The invoice is issued by LIFE PROD SAS — company number 919 288 761 00019 — together with the certificates your procurement team requires.
If you have a fixed budget, say so in the form: we will build the proposal around it rather than sending you a quote you cannot sign off.
Quote request
Two minutes to fill in, a call back within 48 working hours, an itemised quote within 5 working days. Free and without obligation.
Frequently asked
For a full charter, allow two to three months — the comfortable lead time to secure the boat, the artists and the caterer. Shorter notice is sometimes possible depending on availability; ask us and we will give you a straight answer.
300 guests for a full charter. We will not commit beyond that: boat capacity is a regulatory limit, not a commercial variable.
For a charter, yes, subject to boat availability and navigation slots. For the group and reserved-area formats you need to join a public date — in 2026, Sundays 13, 20 and 27 September, then 4, 11 and 18 October.
The event goes ahead. The barge has covered indoor areas and the programme runs as planned. Only navigation conditions making the sailing impossible would change the set-up, and we would tell you immediately.
It has to be looked at case by case: the boat imposes galley, storage and access constraints that do not suit every supplier. Flag it in your request and we will tell you quickly whether it is workable.
It depends on the boarding pontoon and the boat allocated. Tell us the requirement in your request: we will check and give you a precise answer before anything is signed, rather than a general assurance.
A free, itemised quote valid for 30 days. A deposit on signature, the balance before the event. Invoice issued by LIFE PROD SAS, company number 919 288 761 00019, with applicable VAT. Payment terms are set out in the quote.
Yes: service agreement, professional liability insurance certificate, URSSAF compliance certificate, company registration extract and bank details. Tell us what your process requires and we will send it with the quote.
Yes. A wireless microphone, sound system and a dedicated slot are built into the run of show. The best moment is as the boat departs, when everyone is gathered and attentive. A screen can be added if you are showing slides.
Files are delivered with the usage rights defined in the quote — internal communication, social media, corporate website. We collect image consent from your guests according to the set-up you choose.
With a charter, that is exactly the point of the format: the date is chosen with you. Feasibility depends on the availability of the boat, the artists and navigation slots for the period you have in mind.
The contract includes a margin for adjusting the headcount, with a cut-off date for final confirmation. It is set with you at quote stage, based on the commitments made to the caterer and the boat.
We answer every corporate enquiry within 48 working hours — including the ones that will not go anywhere.
