Can I do both if I find a last-minute ticket?

Absolutely. If a concert ticket becomes available, you can do both on the same Saturday: cruise in the afternoon (1–5 PM), concert in the evening. The departure point (Quai Saint-Bernard) is 20 minutes by metro from the Paris La Défense Arena.
